Nurse, doctor at Westside Cares

       Two free, medically related offerings at the Westside Community Center recently relocated to Westside CARES, 2808 W. Colorado Ave. which provides emergency assistance.
       - Nurse center. Hours - Tuesdays through Thursdays, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Appointments are requested; walk-ins as available.
       - Outreach clinic (doctor). Hours - Wednesdays, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Appointments required at 389-0759 x110.
       Penrose-St. Francis Health Services opened the nurse center at the Westside Community Center in 2011 and the clinic in 2015. The move to Westside Cares is in response to more people with medical needs going there.
