Seasonal shows at schools

       Twenty-three shows by students at District 11's Westside schools will provide holiday cheer starting Nov. 29 and continuing up to the Christmas break starting Dec. 20.
       Below is a chronological listing of the performances. All are open to the public. The locations are the respective schools, except where indicated.
       Nov. 29
       6 p.m., Midland Elementary, 2110 W. Broadway St. Band and Orchestra.
       Nov. 30-Dec. 1
       7 p.m., Coronado High, 1590 W. Filllmore St. Drama - “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying,”
       Dec. 4
       6 p.m., Midland Elementary. Music program (grades K-2).
       Dec. 6
       6:30 p.m. Bristol Elementary, 890 N. Walnut St. Orchestra and band.
       1:30 and 6:30 p.m., Jackson Elementary, 4340 Edwinstowe Ave. Musical - “Joust-A Mighty Medieval Musical” (grade 5).
       Dec. 11
       9 a.m., West Elementary, 25 N. 20th St. Chimes and choir groups at Village at Skyline retirement community.
       6:30 p.m., West Middle School, 1920 W. Pikes Peak Ave. Choir and band.
       7 p.m., Coronado High. Choir.
