A city pedestrian ramp project at 21st and Kiowa has temporarily narrowed 21st Street's two lanes and cut off eastbound access from 21st to Kiowa since the
project started over a week ago
Mike Kelso, a senior engineering inspector, said the project is installing new pedestrian ramps at all four corners and north and south concrete cross pans. The hoped-for finish date is Friday, Nov. 2. Westside Pioneer article |
