Annual 'Ghouls' cleanup at El Paso County's Bear Creek Dog Park Oct. 28 Oct. 18, 2017Volunteers are needed to help with the "Ghouls & Stools" cleanup day in the Bear Creek Dog Park Saturday, October 28 from 9 a.m. to noon. Located in Bear Creek Regional Park, the free, 20-acre facility is at 1705 S. 21st, by Rio Grande Street. Attendees are asked to bring shovels or other pickup devices. A “treasure hunt” is also planned, an event flyer states. The annual fall cleanup is co-sponsored by El Paso County Parks, the Fountain Creek Watershed District and the volunteer Friends of Bear Creek Dog Park.
