Humane Society ‘Adopt-a-thon July 17-18

A “mini pet fair,” including a $10 discount on adoption fees, is scheduled the weekend of July 17-18 at the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak
Region's annual Adopt-a-thon. Activities will include a professional trainer consultation booth, pet-retailer booths, giveaways, pet contests and face-painting. Times will be 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A chief goal is to gain adoptions for 150 pets during the two days, according to a Humane Society press release.
