What I like most about the Westside is... the Carnegie Library in Old Colorado City.
If I could change anything about the Westside, it would be... deannex it from Colorado Springs. We could then join Manitou or create our own town.

The worst advice I’ve ever gotten was... In the mid ‘70’s, I was told not to waste money investing in real estate in Cripple Creek. I was looking at spending $20,000 for a building on Bennett Avenue.
