Dog Park cleanup scheduled April 16

       Volunteers are welcome to help clean up the Bear Creek Dog Park in the annual “April Stools Day” Saturday, April 16 from 8:30 a.m. to noon.
       Part of the El Paso County Parks system, the 20-acre open area is west of 21st Street at the T-intersection with Rio Grande Street.
       Buckets, bags and rubber gloves will be provided, but participants are asked to bring their own shovels or scoopers.
       The event is a partnership between County Parks and the volunteer Lovers of Off-leash Parks (LOOP).
