‘Snow Angel’ March 10-11 at Coronado
Coronado High will present a drama titled “Snow Angel” Wednesday and Thursday, March 10-11 in the school auditorium, 1590 W. Fillmore St.
The show will begin at 7 p.m. both nights. Tickets are available at the door for $5, with any proceeds after costs being donated to Haiti. The story is about a group of teenagers in Deerpoint, Vt., who are thrown together during the biggest blizzard in 107 years. Out of a snowbank comes a girl named Eva, who is “either a ghost or a figment of their imaginations,” according to CHS drama instructor Elizabeth Kahn-Lanning. “Who Eva is and what she's searching for become a mystery that baffles, divides and energizes the teens of Deerpoint.” “Snow Angel” is a modern play, written by David Lindsay-Abaire. A total of 20 students are involved in the production. Westside Pioneer article |
