And not a cloud in the sky

       Apparently struck by a hit-and-run driver, the fire hydrant at Bott Avenue and 27th Street gushed water for nearly an hour the afternoon of Jan. 8. Responding to calls from the neighborhood, a crew from Colorado Springs Utilities came out to implement repairs.
