‘Nutcracker’ back on at Jackson

Jackson Elementary has rescheduled its performance of the Christmas-themed “Nutcracker” for Thursday, Jan. 18 at 1:15 and 6:30 p.m.
School musical director Angie Bruno had been prepping about 100 grade 3-5 students for the show Dec. 21 - the last day of the fall semester - but a blizzard cancelled school. “We were bummed out that we weren't going to do it,” explained Jackson Principal Anne Dancy. “Then Angie and I talked and decided of course we're going to do it.” Westside Pioneer article |
