‘Charity’ starts at the Coronado auditorium
The Coronado High Performing Arts Department will present four performances of the musical, “Sweet Charity,” Thursday through Saturday, Nov. 21-23 in the school auditorium. Perfor-mances are nightly at 7 p.m., plus a Nov. 21 matinee at 2 p.m.
A Broadway show in 1966, the story revolves around a kind-hearted dancer named Charity who is looking for a better life.
Tickets are $7 to $10, available in advance at the Coronado business office or the night of the show at the auditorium box office. The school is at 1590 W. Filllmore St.
