Learn about hog processing at Rock Ledge

       Traditional hog processing by any other name...
       Formerly called “Puttin' Food By,” the annual event is dubbed “Everything But the Oink” this year at the Rock Ledge Ranch Historic Site Saturday, Nov. 8 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
       Visitors can watch hog processing, sausage- and soap-making and other activities of the season at the city-owned ranch.
       The cost is $6 for adults; $4 for seniors and students and $2 for children over 5.
