Mark Gardner to perform for Pikes Peak Posse of the Westerners Nov. 10

Writer/musician Mark Gardner will be featured at the next dinner presentation by the Pikes Peak Posse of the Westerners Monday, Nov. 10.
Open to the public, the program will begin at 6 p.m. at the Colorado Springs Masonic Hall, 1130 Panorama Drive.
Gardner is an area banjo player, historical author and organizer of Rock Ledge Ranch's annual Fiddles, Vittles & Vino musical lineup. In the past two years he has published a nonfiction book (“Shot All to Hell: Jesse James, the Northfield Raid and the Wild West's Greatest Escape”) and released a music CD (“Outlaws: Songs of Robbers, Rustlers and Rogues”).
The evening will consist of a catered dinner, at a cost of $16, followed by Gardner's performance of a “saddlebag of famous and lesser-known outlaw ballads, featuring a number of songs from his award-winning CD.” Reservations are suggested by the preceding Friday before 10 a.m.
