Annual 'Ghouls & Stools' event to clean up Bear Creek Dog Park Oct. 29

       Volunteers are needed to help with a cleanup day in the Bear Creek Dog Park Saturday, October 29 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
       The annual event is called Ghouls & Stools Day.
       Located in Bear Creek Regional Park, the free, 20-acre facility is off South 21st and Rio Grande streets.
       Attendees are asked to bring shovels or other pickup devices.
       The event is co-sponsored by El Paso County Parks and the volunteer Friends of Bear Creek Dog Park.
       A costume contest is planned at noon. A $5 registration fee is necessary.
