Silver Key seeks help with Thanksgiving meal ingredients

Silver Key Senior Services will hold its annual food drive Saturday, Oct. 26 to collect the fixings for individual Thanksgiving meals.
Called “Bountiful Bags” , the drive will occur at four area King Soopers stores, including Uintah Gardens on the Westside.
Silver Key staff and volunteers will be at those stores from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., providing “wish lists” to shoppers and accepting donations.
Items on the wish list are cranberry sauce, instant mashed potatoes, Turkey Gravy Dry-Mix, cans of yams or sweet potatoes, green beans and stuffing/ dressing.
People not shopping that day can drop off food items at other times at the offices of the nonprofit agency for seniors, 2250 Bott Ave.
