Book Sleuth moves east after 25 years

       The Book Sleuth book store has moved from its long-time Old Colorado City location to the eastside at 1519 N. Union Blvd. (near Leon Gessi's Pizza).
       Owner Lyman Mark said he wanted to find a more visible location.
       Mark and/or his late mother, Helen Randal, owned the Book Sleuth in Old Colorado City's Old Town Plaza for most of its 25 years. Mrs. Randal died in 2007.
       Specializing in mystery novels, the store has more than 10,000 titles, according to Mark.
       He said the store will be open daily at its new location. The phone is unchanged: 632-2727.
       Jazzercise, which has offered fitness classes for several years at Trinity United Methodist Church, has relocated to 7 E. Bijou St. (the former Zeezo's).
       The name has been changed to Bijou Street Jazzercise, owner Andrea Dubose said.
       Unlike the old location, in which space was shared, the business will have more flexibility in class times because of having the space to itself. Dubose said she also will be teaching nutrition, health and wellness.

       A call for entries has gone out for the El Dorado Gallery's seventh annual Christmas show (Nov. 20-Dec. 29).
