City Council will host a public hearing and town hall on the 2017 city budget Thursday, Oct. 20 from 5:30 to 7 p.m.

The hearing will be at City Hall, 107 N. Nevada Ave. People wanting to speak there can start signing up at 3 p.m. Oct. 20. Also, budget comments can be sent to 2017springsbudget@springsgov.com or phoned in to 385-5494.
