Writing club forming - to hold first meeting at OCC Library Sept. 17

The initial meeting of the OCC Writing Group will be Thursday, Sept. 17 from 1 to 3 p.m.
The location will be the Community Room of the Old Colorado City Library, 2418 W. Pikes Peak Ave.
       Anyone is welcome.
The purpose of the group is to “support and enrich local writers,” according to organizer Carla Vauthrin, the former president of the Garden of the Gods Rotary Club.
Offering help will be “two published writers experienced in several writing fields,” she added.
The goal is for the group to meet the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month.
