Clinic for brain-injured proposed on Robinson Street

A clinic to provide day treatment of brain-inured adults is part of a proposal for currently empy office space at 2335 Robinson St. in the Midland area.
In all, 14,344 square feet would be available in the plan that's been submitted to the city by Rocky Mountain Health Care Services.
According to Gina Herring, City Planning assistant, the clinic would take up about 25 percent of the space. The clinic would provide rehabilitation services and activities for 18 to 20 clients.
There would be no overnight activities. Clients would be transported to and from the site and not allowed to leave the building unsupervised, she said.
Comments from the neighborhood are being sought through Friday, Aug. 4.
