According to an OCCHS press release, Humphreys will share the observations of a person traveling the length of this historic trail in 1821 from Boonville, Mo., to Santa Fe, N.M. - 900 miles and eight weeks away. Special emphasis will be given to the branch of the trail through southeastern Colorado.
