Director of Pike Commission to dress for part July 17-18 at GoG Visitor Center

       Dressed in period clothing, Clive Siegle, executive director of the Zebulon Pike National Bicentennial Commission, will provide details of Pike's life and actions at the Garden of the Gods Visitor and Nature Center Monday and Tuesday, July 17-18.
       He will be present from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days. The show is titled A Man to Match the Mountain: the Character of Zebulon Pike. There is no charge.
       Siegle is a history professor and researcher of 19th Century American Southwest History at Southern Methodist University.
