Utilities offers free, 4-hour 'Efficiency Expo' at Conservation Center June 3 Colorado Springs Utilities will offer a free "Efficiency Expo" Saturday, June 3 at its Conservation & Environmental Center, 2855 Mesa Road.Free and open to the public, the event will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Attendees can "participate in a xeriscape garden tour and sprinkler demonstration, test drive electric vehicles, get hands-on with renewable energy and home efficiency solutions, make a rain barrel and more," a press release states.
