Old Colorado City History Center open 5 days a week again

The Old Colorado City History Center will expand its hours May 1.
The center, including its bookstore and museum, will be open on a normal basis Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The bookstore will also be open during these hours. Admission is free.
Special events are occasionally scheduled at other times.
Since January, the center has only been open Thursday to Saturday for three hours a day because of low traffic, according to Sharon Swint, a spokesperson for the Old Colorado City Historical Society, the volunteer nonprofit that owns and manages the center.
