Printers Home talk set at Historical Society
A pictorial presentation titled the “Union Printers Home: 1892 to the Present” is scheduled at the Old Colorado City History Center, 1 S. 24th St., Friday, April 13 at
11 a.m.
Rebecca Clark, assistant administrator of the Union Printers Home and a longtime Westside resident, will discuss the historic facility, which was a pioneer in the treatment of tuberculosis and a leader in the development of extended nursing home care for its union members.
