British-styled store in Old Colorado City

       A British-styled gift and grocery store, new in Old Colorado City, will have a grand opening Monday, April 1 starting at 10 a.m.
       Willy's Emporium, 2423 W. Colorado Ave., offers “all things British, according to owner Susan Holdman, who brings 11 years of retail experience to the business. Products include gift items (such as towels, mugs and flags), teas, trinkets, treats, frozen foods (such as back bacon and bangers), canned foods, treats and traditional toys and books.
       Willy's is open daily.

       Shop changes name
       Formerly Urban Cowgirl, the name for the retail business at 2403 W. Colorado Ave. has changed to Rocky Mountain Cowgirl Co.
       Specialties are women's apparel, leather and accessories, plus Rocky Mountain Artisans paintings and, recently, photography by firefighter Bob Falcone.

       Massage, healing, wellness
       Nature's Vessel Massage & Wellness recently opened at 2514 W. Colorado Ave., Suite 202.
       The business offers massage (therapeutic, pregnancy and relaxation/stress management), Reiki and other forms of healing and wellness, according to owner Susan Coffey.
       Also scheduled at times are workshops and special events.
       “The Westside of Colorado Springs offers a rich history, along with an appreciation of individual expression,” Coffey said, regarding her location choice. “Many of the folks that I have met (residents or business owners) support local merchants and artists.”
       Nature's Vessel is open Wednesday through Saturday.
