County Parks public meeting March 11 to provide info on its Westside-area doings

       A public meeting on the Westside Wednesday, March 11 is among four the department will host in different locations that month.
       “The meetings will provide the public an opportunity to meet the local parks supervisors and hear current updates and information on their area parks and trails,” a press release states.
       Starting at 6 p.m., the meeting Wednesday, March 11 will be at the Bear Creek Nature Center, 245 Bear Creek Road. Note: This represents a location change from what County Parks originally announced.
       Subjects will include Bear Creek Regional Park, Bear Creek Nature Center, Rainbow Falls, Green Mountain Falls and Ute Pass Regional Trail, the release continues.
       Other meetings will be March 4 in Black Forest, March 18 in Calhan and March 25 in Fountain.
