A contractor for Colorado Springs was scheduled to begin excavating this week in preparation to install new sewer liner in two Westside locations:
- An alley between West Kiowa and West Bijou Street and between North 15th Street and North 16th Street.
- North 16th Street between Kiowa Street and Platte Avenue.
The work, being done by Wildcat Civil Services, is part of Colorado Springs Utilities' multi-year Sanitary Sewer Evaluation and Rehabilitation Program (SSERP).
