In memoriam: Fayetta Elizabeth Reeves Karr

       Fayetta Elizabeth Reeves Karr, who had lived most of her life on the Westside since 1932, died Jan. 27 at the age of 86. Funeral services were Feb. 3. She has been buried at Fairview Cemetery.
       Mrs. Karr was a member of the Immanuel Missionary Church, when it was located in what is now the Garman building at 2418 W. Colorado Ave.
       She was married to Paul Karr for 52 years until his death in 2002. She leaves her five daughters: Iris Brown, Violet Karr, Sarah Karr, Susan Gordon and Stephanie Smith; and one son, Stephen Karr; and eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
       Mrs. Karr was born on a Nebraska farm Sept. 17, 1922, to Elmer and Ada Reeves. They moved to Colorado Springs in 1932 and lived at different addresses on the Westside, according to Iris Brown.
