Meet a Westsider:
Profession/Occupation... Student/cashier at La Baguette.
What I like most about the Westside is... itís very laid back, and for the most part, everyone is friendly.
If I could change anything about the Westside, it would be... Iím not quite sure. I kind of like it just the way it is.
A good movie Iíve seen recently is... ďCalendar Girls.Ē
The worst advice Iíve ever gotten was... I canít think of anything, so maybe Iíve never gotten any bad advice.
If I could meet someone famous, Iíd like to meet... Gwen Stefani (lead singer of No Doubt, one of my favorite bands).
The next time I travel, Iím going to... the Cayman Islands with my wonderful boyfriend for our one-year.
My favorite childhood memory is... I have a lot, but one that sticks out is camping out in my backyard with my brother and my dad scaring us half to death. (We laughed really hard after).
My favorite winter pastime is... Call me crazy, but itís not skiing! I like to cuddle up in my bed and watch movies, especially when itís cold outside.
Something good Iíve read is.. ďHarry Potter.Ē
My pet peeve is... people who donít use their turn signal and people who are rude.
If I won the lottery, Iíd... take my family to Hawaii, buy my mom a house, buy my dad a car, pay off both my parents and my debt, give some to local schools and charities, and save the rest.
Meet a WestsiderĒ is a regular feature in the Westside Pioneer. If you would like to be a Meet-a-Westsider (or know someone who should be), please give us a call at 471-6776.
