A recently constructed balcony looks out on Colorado Avenue from the residential-to-be top floor of the historic Waycott Building as part of Berry Craddock’s Old Colorado City Lofts development on the upper two stories. Outside the second floor window, which is being remodeled for office lofts, Craddock is keeping the time-honored mural by local artist Michael Garman.
